Remedy Circuit LLC (“Remedy Circuit”, “we”) collects as little as possible and never sells your information. Last updated: October 2026.
What we collect
When you use our contact or early-access forms, we store the details you choose to send: name, email, area of interest, message, the version of the consent you agreed to, a timestamp, and a request identifier. We use them only to reply to you and to understand interest in our work.
Purchases
Products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. When you buy, Gumroad processes your payment and shares your purchase details (such as your name and email) with us so we can deliver and support what you bought. We never see or store your full card number. Gumroad’s own privacy policy also applies.
Games and preferences
Puzzle progress, streaks, scores, and your motion setting stay in your browser’s local storage on your device. We do not receive them. Clear this site’s browser data to remove them.
REMEDY, our guide
The on-site guide uses curated replies. Your messages are processed to choose a reply and are not saved by the site. A Remedy Brief stays in your browser unless you choose to send it with the contact form.
Security and abuse prevention
The site limits how often requests can be made using short-lived, hashed network identifiers. These are never used for marketing and expire automatically.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Purchases are handled by Gumroad. We do not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, see our SMS Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing founder@remedycircuit.com. We keep form messages only as long as needed to respond and run the business, and delete them on request.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
